Amal
Amal metal flame arresters are safety devices designed to stop the propagation or spread of flames through flammable gases or vapour mixtures in pipelines. They prevent flames from entering or leaving the plant and can confine flame propagation to within certain equipment.
In-Line Deflagration
Deflagration: For flames with sub-sonic speeds. A comprehensive range of Pressure / Vacuum Relief valves is available to work in combination with AMAL Flame Arresters to give added tank Protection.
End-of-Line Deflagration
Deflagration: For flames with sub-sonic speeds. Can be supplied "Endurance burn proof"
In-Line Detonation
In-line detonation flame arrestors designed to prevent the propagation of supersonic flames.
